No. We do not use open tracking or click tracking in any campaigns. Both add pixels that hurt deliverability and inflate vanity metrics. We track what matters: positive reply rate and pipeline generated.

Yes. B2B cold email to business addresses is legal across English-speaking markets when sent responsibly. The US (CAN-SPAM), UK (UK GDPR), Australia (Spam Act), New Zealand (UEMA), and Singapore (Spam Control Act) all permit outbound B2B outreach to business contacts provided you include a physical address, a working unsubscribe mechanism, and no deceptive headers. Canada's CASL is the strictest and requires implied or express consent before sending. A compliant program targets relevant contacts, honors removal requests promptly, and includes your business address in every send.
Only if the service is careless. A reputable agency never sends from your primary domain. We send from dedicated secondary domains (e.g. getclique.io, not cliqueoutreach.com), warm them properly over 3 weeks before any live sending, and monitor deliverability daily via seed inboxes. Your primary domain stays untouched.
Yes, at the right deal size. Cold email works best for B2B offers above $5,000 where the ROI on a single closed deal easily justifies the outreach investment. Our clients have closed deals ranging from $8,000 to $400,000 sourced directly from cold email sequences. Below that threshold, paid acquisition or inbound content typically has better unit economics.
Each sending inbox is capped at 25 emails per working day. We use one inbox per domain. To scale volume you add more domains, each contributing 25 sends per day. Sending too fast from a new domain is the most common cause of deliverability failure. Every domain and inbox goes through a 3-week warmup before any live sending begins.
